By accessing or using the Scopelytix platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Scopelytix provides a multi-platform sales analytics service that allows users to:

• Connect and analyze data from various eCommerce platforms
• Generate reports and visualizations of sales performance
• Receive alerts and insights based on sales data
• Access historical trend analysis and forecasting

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Scopelytix and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

You retain all rights to the data you input or connect to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Scopelytix a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Access, use, process, and store Your Data to provide and improve the Service
• Generate aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked to you or your business

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the Service
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees at any time by providing notice at least 30 days in advance.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopelytix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Scopelytix, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• If you breach any provision of these Terms
• If required to do so by law
• For any other reason at our discretion, with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
